Refund Policy

At TrendyTechStore, we want the return process to be clear when a product does not meet your expectations. In addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the following return procedure applies.

Return period

You can contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Where reasonably possible, the item should be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging. Products that are no longer in their original condition because of misuse, normal wear or damage after delivery may be excluded from a refund where permitted by law.

Requesting a return

Contact us through our contact page and include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel so we can correctly link the return to your order.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. The normal return procedure may then apply.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the product was delivered incorrectly, defective or damaged, or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, the packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

Refunds

After the return has been received and reviewed, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exceptions

Certain products can be excluded from returns or subject to specific conditions because of hygiene, personalisation, sealing or another lawful exception. Where such an exception applies, we aim to make this clear on the product page or during the return process.

Safe use

Always follow the usage, charging, installation and safety instructions supplied with a product. Stop using an electrical product, battery, cable or enclosure if it appears damaged.
